Information collected
We collect account information, profile details, listing content, order and support records, technical logs and information needed to prevent fraud. Stripe processes payment and payout details; Physical AI Parts does not need to store complete card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate listings and orders, support users, handle refunds and disputes, secure the service, comply with law and improve marketplace operations.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers such as Supabase and Stripe, with parties needed to fulfil an order, and when legally required. Public listing information is available to visitors and machine-readable discovery systems.
Retention and choices
Records are retained as reasonably needed for operations, legal compliance, fraud prevention and disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information; certain transaction or legal records may need to be retained.
