These terms govern Physical AI Parts. External-store purchases are governed by that store’s terms.
Marketplace role
Physical AI Parts helps buyers discover parts and allows independent sellers to publish approved listings. Unless identified as the seller, Physical AI Parts does not own third-party items. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful sale, fulfilment, warranties and after-sale obligations.
Accounts and listings
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and act lawfully. Sellers must provide an accurate Part #, description, condition, price, stock and shipping information and must be authorized to sell the item and use uploaded content.
Payments and fees
Stripe processes marketplace payments. Third-party sellers pay the disclosed 7% fee on completed Physical AI Parts sales. External product links use the external store’s checkout.
AI-agent purchases
Authorized software agents may search machine-readable inventory and initiate checkout. The person or organization authorizing an agent remains responsible for its instructions and resulting orders.
Refunds and disputes
Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and are not automatically approved. Stripe and card-network rules may also apply.
Safety and liability
Robotics components can create electrical, mechanical and operational hazards. Buyers are responsible for compatibility, safe installation and lawful use. Nothing excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
