These terms govern Physical AI Parts. External-store purchases are governed by that store’s terms.
Marketplace role
Physical AI Parts helps buyers discover parts and allows independent sellers to publish approved listings. Unless identified as the seller, Physical AI Parts does not own third-party items. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful sale, fulfilment, warranties and after-sale obligations.
Accounts and listings
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and act lawfully. Sellers must provide an accurate Part #, description, condition, price, stock and shipping information and must be authorized to sell the item and use uploaded content.
Used parts and responsible reuse
“Recycle Parts” describes the resale and reuse of eligible used robotics components; it does not certify that an item was materially recycled. Sellers must accurately disclose testing, wear, defects, damage, missing pieces and condition. Physical AI Parts does not take custody of listed items or operate an electronics-recycling service. Swollen, leaking, recalled or damaged batteries and other items unsafe for ordinary shipment must not be listed and should be handled through an authorized local facility.
Testing disclosures, reviews and reports
Testing status, condition details, known defects, included items and battery declarations are supplied by sellers unless expressly stated otherwise; Physical AI Parts does not physically inspect or certify an item merely because those fields appear. Verified Purchase means the reviewing account has a qualifying paid order for that listing, not that Physical AI Parts endorses the review. Reviews must be truthful and relevant. Users may privately report unsafe, misleading, prohibited, counterfeit or spam listings. Reviews and listings may be hidden or removed when necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention or enforcement of these terms.
Saved searches and Part Wanted requests
Saved searches are private account tools that show current on-site matches and do not guarantee availability or future notification delivery. Public Part Wanted requests must describe a genuine lawful need and use an accurate Part #. Requests are not purchase contracts, reservations or guarantees that a seller will respond.
Payments and fees
Independent sellers receive payments through their own connected Stripe accounts and are responsible for Stripe payment fees, refunds and disputes. Listing is free. Physical AI Parts charges 0% seller commission on sales through September 30, 2027. A 7% marketplace commission applies to sales starting October 1, 2027, disclosed before sellers list. External product links use the external store’s checkout. Physical AI Parts-owned listings do not accept on-site checkout during this launch program.
Founding Seller program
A non-administrator seller who joins and submits a priced on-site marketplace or made-to-order part listing by September 30, 2027 becomes a Founding Seller when that listing is approved. The badge stays with the seller account and appears on active approved on-site listings; it does not verify the seller or endorse an item. External product links do not qualify. Showcase eligibility additionally requires an approved part with a photo, clear description, available stock where applicable and completed Stripe payout setup. Showcase selection rotates among eligible sellers and does not guarantee placement, traffic or sales. Program access remains subject to normal listing rules and account enforcement.
External catalogs and source links
External offers identify the source merchant and redirect buyers to that merchant’s checkout. A source listing does not imply affiliation, endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated. External merchants control their own prices, availability, shipping, warranties, returns and checkout. Catalog information, images, descriptions and logos may be displayed only under the recorded permission basis applicable to that provider. Rights holders may request correction, removal or a permission review through the Catalog Rights form.
AI-agent purchases
Authorized software agents may search machine-readable inventory and initiate checkout. The person or organization authorizing an agent remains responsible for its instructions and resulting orders.
Physical AI Parts Points
Physical AI Parts Points are promotional loyalty units with no cash, cryptocurrency or transferable value. Earning may begin before redemption benefits are available. During the introductory evaluation period, points cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, converted or redeemed. The targeted program review around September 2027 is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed launch date or promise of a particular reward value. Legitimate earned points remain recorded, but points related to refunds, cancelled qualifying activity, errors, fraud or abuse may be reversed. Published earning rules and future benefits may be adjusted to keep the program secure and sustainable, subject to applicable law.
Refunds and disputes
Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and are not automatically approved. Stripe and card-network rules may also apply.
Safety and liability
Robotics components can create electrical, mechanical and operational hazards. Buyers are responsible for compatibility, safe installation and lawful use. Nothing excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
